RSS feeds are important. Most blogging platforms also have one feed per category, so how articles are categorized is really important.

I think this goes hand in hand with the ever changing search landscape. I was reading an article from IT Toolbox, and more and more people are initiating a search for something using social media sites, as opposed to the traditional search engine "search".

I's worth it only if you become an octopus - that is to say, if you have a lot of accounts (such as if you run several online businesses and there is good reason to have a different Twitter account for each one). So far, I don't have to keep track of that many accounts, and (knock on wood) I hope I never will. I have too much to keep track of already.
Interesting read Hesham! Taking your business seriously is definitely a must if you want to achieve something.
